Detecting errors in quantum computers

主讲人介绍：

Professor Steven van Enk, who joined Department of Physics, University of Oregon in 2006, is interested in problems relating to quantum information and quantum computation.   He held postdoctoral positions at the MaxPlanck Institute for Quantum Optics, Germany, the University of Innsbruck, Austria, and the California Institute of Technology. He then spent six years as a Member of Technical Staff at Bell Labs, Murray Hill, NJ. He was elected to Fellow of the American Physical Society in 2010. He has published many papers in Science, Nature, Physical Review Letters, etc.
