Bounds on the dimensions of 2-spontaneous emission error designs

Quantum jump codes are quantum codes which correct errors caused by quantum jumps. A spontaneous emission error design (t-SEED) was introduced by T. Beth et al. in 2003 to construct quantum jump codes. In this talk, the bounds on the dimension m of 2-(v, k; m) SEEDs will be discussed.

主讲人介绍：

周君灵，北京交通大学理学院，教授，博导。从事组合学与编码理论的研究。近五年发表学术论文23 篇，其中18篇被SCI源期刊收录。主持完成自然科学基金青年基金项目一项，参加国家自然科学基金重点项目两项。
