三、项目内容及规模： 公司目前拥有翅果油树育苗基地200亩和驯化人工林近万亩，有加工生产线一套，拥有濒危灭绝的国家二级保护植物翅果油树基地，另建有速生丰产用材林基地、平欧大榛子种植基地、特色苗木繁育基地、特种养殖基地、原生态观光旅游基地和翅果油树系列产品深加工基地。拟建特种育苗基地500亩，种植万亩用材林、经济林，利用林间地开展种植、养殖，开展林果、蔬菜深加工，经营优质苗木、花卉，承揽绿化、美化工程以及荒山开发。

四、投资估算： 总投资约2000万元。

五、市场及效益分析： 肥沃土地每亩种植100-110株，贫瘠土地200株左右，育林三年后每株可结果2-3公斤，每亩可达500-600公斤，5-6年生林可结果800-1000公斤。按目前市场收购价15元/公斤计算，每亩将给农民带来7500-12000元的收益。如能在3-5年内形成20万亩的翅果油树经济林带，每年将产生4亿元的经济收入，能为5万多合作社社员和农民带来收益。

3. Project Content and Scope

Presently, we have the base of Elaeagnus mollis diels which is a national protection plant of second grade. We have Elaeagnus mollis diels seedling base of 200mu, established acclimated forest of nearly 10000mu and a processing production line. We also have the fast-growing and high-yield timber base, the Ping’ou hybrid hazel planting base, seedling base, special breeding base, original ecological sightseeing and tourism base and a deep processing base of Elaeagnus mollis diels series products.

It is going to establish the seedling base with special purpose of 500mu, plant timber and economic forest of nearly 10000mu, carry out underwood farming and livestock breeding, develop timber, fruit and vegetable deep processing, sell high-quality seedlings and flowers, and contract greening and landscaping projects and barren mountain development.

4. Estimated Budget

The total budget is about 20 million Yuan.

5. Market and Benefit Analysis

      100-110 plants/mu should be planted in rich land, while 200 plants/mu in poor land. After 3 years of establishment, 2-3 kg. of fruit can be produced, and 500-600 kg. of fruit can be produced per mu. After 5-6 years, 800-1000 kg. of fruit can be produced per mu. According to present marketing price of 15Yuan/kg, the farmers could get 7500-12000 Yuan/mu. If 200 thousand mu of economic forest of Elaeagnus mollis diels can be established in 3-5 years, a economic benefit of 400 million Yuan will be produced, and more than 50000 members of the cooperatives and farmers can get more incomes.
