报告题目：   Well-posedness of degenerate differential equations in Banach spaces

报告摘要： In this talk, we will give the recent results on the well-posedness of

degenerate differential equations with values in complex Banach spaces. The main tools are operator-valued Fourier multipliers on the corresponding vector-valued fucntion spaces.

报告人简介：

    步尚全教授是国际杰出的泛函分析专家，  现为清华大学二级教授、博士生导师、国家自然科学基金委学科评议组（数学）成员、《数学学报》和《中国科学：数学》中英文版编委、《应用泛函分析学报》编委。1990年在巴黎第七大学获理学博士学位，1994年在清华大学破格晋升为教授。主要从事泛函分析中的Banach空间几何学和向量值调和分析研究，在国际高水平学术期刊Trans. A.M.S.,   Math. Ann.，Math. Z.，Proc. of AMS，  Studia Math.等刊物上发表学术论文近80余篇，350余次被国际同行严格他引，单篇他引最高为73次。曾获第五届中国青年科技奖、清华大学首届学术新人奖、国家教委科技进步三等奖、教育部优秀青年教师、教育部新世纪优秀人才等。
