主讲人介绍：

暴永平，东英吉利大学医学院教授(Reader)，哈尔滨医科大学预防医学专业学士学位，英国东英吉利亚大学生物化学博士学位。1996至2005就职于英国食品研究院营养系，目前为哈尔滨医科大学课座教授，英国皇家化学会会士；担任多个学术杂志编委。主要研究方向为植物化学物质与癌症的预防，团队发表SCI 论文70余篇。Citations are 2430, H-index =27 in Researcher ID.
