Two-dimensional(2D) materials exhibit peculiar thermal transport properties, and thus haveattract substantial recent interests. In this talk, I will present the recentadvances in my group on the phonon transport in 2D materials from the followingthree aspects. First, I shall discuss the thermal transport properties inpristine 2D materials, including quasi one-dimensional phonon transport inborophene, and an unusual thermal rectification phenomenon in pristinegraphene. The underlying physical mechanisms will be discussed in details.Then, I will focus on the effect of coherent phonon transport in graphene, anda generalized decay law for thermal phonon is proposed to take into account thecoherent effect. The coherent wave effect is further demonstrated via the wavepacket simulation in graphene superlattice structure, in which the total-transmissionand total-reflection of individual phonons are clearly observed. Finally, Iwill move to the interfacial phonon transport in 2D materials. In particular, Ishall discuss the physics for the rotation-angle dependent interfacial thermalconductance in graphene/hexagonal boron nitride van der Waals heterostructure,and how 2D material can be used to enhance the thermal transport across roughsolid/solid interface.


主讲人介绍:

陈杰,国家级青年人才,同济大学物理科学与工程学院教授,博士生导师。2001~2007年就读于南京大学,获声学本科及硕士学位。2007~2012年就读于新加坡国立大学,获物理学博士学位。2013~2015年获ETH Fellowship资助,在瑞士苏黎世联邦理工学院机械系从事博士后研究工作。2015年入职同济大学物理科学与工程学院,主要从事纳米尺度热传导领域的研究工作。已在国际知名学术期刊Physics Reports,Nature Communications等SCI源杂志上发表SCI论文60余篇,包括影响因子10以上论文14篇,ESI高被引论文3篇。全部论文被引用两千四百余次,H因子31。主持完成了国家自然科学基金青年项目以及上海市自然科学基金各一项。受邀在国际会议上做邀请报告10余次,授权国际发明专利1项。
