Repairable Threshold Schemes and Regenerating Codes

In this talk, we will review the concept of repairable threshold schemes and focuson Shamir threshold schemes. Then we introduce the recent new improvement ofRSTs based on enrolment schemes. After that we will introduce regeneratingcodes which are used for distributed data. Secure regeneration codes then areused to construct RSTs. We will compare the communication rate of the differentmethods for the resulting RSTs and mention some open questions.

主讲人介绍：

卫瑞中教授，加拿大Lakehead大学计算机科学系终身教授，博士生导师。研究领域为组合设计，密码学，计算机网络安全等，已发表百余篇学术论文。SAC,CSSWD大型国际会议的学术委员会成员，加拿大数学学会及国际组合数学与应用学会（ICA）成员。
