二、项目实施地点：廊坊市香河县万亩荷塘园区范围：西起程官屯村西路，东至县界，北起庆功台村南，南至青龙湾，面积为859.72公顷。

三、项目内容及规模。国际荷花博览园项目，占地1000亩。万亩荷塘水杉园，规划面积2500亩。“荷花之乡”文化创意产业园项目，共占地299亩。其中包括：佛教文化圣地九圣寺，占地69亩；中国文化研究院内地总部，占地30亩；医学文化养生疗养院，占地200亩。

四、投资估算。国际荷花博览园项目，计划投资1.5亿。万亩荷塘水杉园，一期投资1亿元。“荷花之乡”文化创意产业园项目，计划总投资10亿元。其中佛教文化圣地九圣寺，计划投资2亿元；中国文化研究院内地总部，投资2亿元；医学文化养生疗养院，计划投资6亿元。

五、市场及效益分析。香河“万亩荷塘”建设项目具有显著的生态和社会效益，经济效益良好。荷花之乡”文化创意产业园项目，项目融荷花文化、佛教文化、传统文化、医学文化于一体，兼具生态效益、社会效益和经济效益，项目全部建成后，可吸纳京津大量人流、物流，年可实现营业收入3.85亿元，利税1.5亿元；万亩荷塘水杉园建成后，既可对当地空气环境改善产生良好生态环境，也能丰富京津景观苗木市场，产生丰厚的经济社会效益，预计每亩水杉纯收益近万元。

Demonstration District of Lotus Pond of 10000 mu of Xianghe County of Langfang Municipality. It starts from the west road of Chengguantun village in the west, reaches the y boundary in the east, extents to the south of Qinggongtai Village in the north, and ends at the Qinglong Bay in the South. The total area is 859.72ha.

3. Project Content and Scope

The International Lotus Expo Garden will cover an area of 1000 mu; the design area of the Lotus and Water Fir Garden is 2500mu; the Cultural Garden of the Lotus Town will cover an area of 299mu, which includes the Jiusheng Temple of Buddhism of 69mu, the mainland headquarter of Chinese Culture Research Institution of 30 mu, and a medical culture health sanatorium of 200mu.

4. Estimated Budget

The budget of the International Lotus Expo Garden is 150 million Yuan. As to the Lotus and Water Fir Garden, the budget for the first phase is 100 million Yuan. The total budget of the Cultural Garden of the Lotus Town is 1 billion Yuan, of which 200 million Yuan is panned to be invested in the Jiusheng Temple, 200 million Yuan is planned to be invested in the mainland headquarter of Chinese Culture Research Institution, and 600 million Yuan is planned to be invested in the medical culture health sanatorium.

5. Market and Benefit Analysis

The Project of Lotus Pond of 10000mu of Xianghe County has significant ecological and social benefits, and the economic benefit is good. The Cultural Garden of the Lotus Town is a combination of lotus culture, Buddhism, traditional culture and medical culture. It combines the ecological, social and economic benefits. After the establishment of the Garden, it can attract a large number of tourists from Beijing and Tianjin. It will achieve 385 million Yuan of trading incomes and pay 150 million Yuan of taxes annually. The Lotus and Water Fir Garden not only improve local economical environment, but also enrich the landscape nursery stock market of Beijing and Tianjin, which will generate huge economic and social benefits. It is expected a net income of nearly 10000 Yuan per mu from the water fir.
