三、项目内容及规模： 新建2条酸枣汁提汁浓缩生产线；8条PET瓶装系列酸枣汁生产线；8条易拉罐系列酸枣汁生产线；2条酸枣咖啡生产线；4条利乐纸包装生产线，以及研发品控中心、商学院（培训中心）、集团大楼和供水、供电、供暖、道路硬化、绿化、职工公寓等附属设施等。野生植物旅游观光园区占地5350亩，主要建设野生酸枣科技示范园、野生植物观赏园、蔬菜种植采摘园、特色饲养场、水果种植采摘园、绿色生态食品加工园、接待中心以及绿化、管网、道路硬化等配套公用辅助工程等。

四、投资估算： 项目计划总投资100亿元

五、市场效益及分析 ：整个项目建成后，公司年产能将从现在的20万吨迅速提升到200万吨，产值突破100亿元，综合竞争实力将跻身全国同行业前10强。通过项目建设运营将辐射带动农户50万户，使上百万农民增收致富，拉动旅游业、餐饮服务业和运输、包装、酸枣基地建设等相关产业增加值10亿元，同时还可吸纳10000多人进入公司工作，解决农村富余劳动力就业的前景非常广阔。

3. Project Content and Scope

It is going to build 2 production lines for Wild Jujube draining and concentrating, 8 production lines for the series of PET bottled Wild Jujube juice, 8 production lines for the series of tinned Wild Jujube juice, 2 production lines of Wild Jujube coffee, 4 production lines of packing by Tetra Pak paper, a research & development quality control center, a business school (training center) and the group building, as well as the ancillary facilities such as water supply system, power supply system, heating system, road surface hardening, greening and staff dormitory building.

The sightseeing park of wild plants covers an area of 5350mu. It is mainly to build a Wild Jujube science & technology demonstration garden, wild plants sightseeing garden, vegetable planting and harvesting garden, animal feeding farm, tourism harvesting orchard, green food processing zone, reception center and ancillary facilities such as greening, pipe network, roads and so on.

      The total budget of the Project is planned to be 10 billion Yuan.

5. Market and Benefit Analysis

      By the Project, the annual production capability of the Group could be increased to 2 million tons from present 0.2 million tons, the output value will breakthrough 10 billion Yuan, and the comprehensive competitiveness will be made the top 10 in the same business. 500 thousand farmer households could be involved into the construction and operation of the Project, millions of farmers’ incomes could be increased. It will also an addition value of 1billion Yuan by tourism, restaurant service, transportation, packing, the construction of Wild Jujube base and so on. It can also provide morn than 10 thousand employment opportunities, which will help to solve the unemployment problems in local rural area.
