三、项目内容及规模。 征用土地10000亩。厂区建设冷藏保鲜库及加工车间6000平方米，新品种培育基地200亩，包括苹果、梨等类果树试验品种；生产管理用房450平方米；水利配套设施，打井6眼、滴灌10000亩、架线3500延长米；监控设施12000平方米；农残检测系统100平方米，信息中心建设100平方米，路面硬化4266平方米。
四、投资估算。 项目总投资2亿元。其中：征地1.6亿（800万元/每年，年限20年），机井130万元、滴灌10000亩600万元，架线2100万元，农残检测系统150万元，新品种引进110万元。信息中心建设170万元，路面硬化740万元。
五、市场及效益分析。 该项目实施后，苹果、梨5年后达到盛果期，纯利润18000元，实现年产值1.8亿，树下牧畜草5万吨，可供奶牛5000头，实现利润9000万元，可安排剩余劳动力5000人，对调整林业产业结构，发展果品产业，促进地方区域经济的发展，将会起到积极的推动作用。

3. Project Content and Scope
We need rent a land of 10 thousand mu. The construction includes: cold storage and processing workshop of 6000 m 2 in the plant area, cultivation base of 200mu for new varieties of apples, pears, etc., production management buildings of 450m 2 , supporting water conservancy facilities, 6 wells, drip irrigation system for 10000mu, wiring of 3500 linear meter, monitoring facilities of 12000m 2 , pesticide detection system of 100m 2 , information center of 100m 2 , and road surface hardening of 4266m 2 .
4. Estimated Budget
The total budget of the Project is 200 million Yuan, of which 160 million Yuan will be used for the rent (8 million Yuan per year, 20 years), 1.3 million Yuan for wells, 6 million Yuan for drip irrigation facilities for 10000 mu, 21 million Yuan for wiring, 1.5 million Yuan for pesticide detection system, 1.1 million Yuan for the introduction of new varieties, 1.7 million Yuan for the construction of the information center, and 7.4 million Yuan for the road surface hardening.
5. Market and Benefit Analysis
With the implementation of the Project, the apples and the pears will reach the full fruit stage in 5 years. At that time, the net profit will be 18000 Yuan, and the annual output value can reach 180 million Yuan. Under the trees, 50 thousand tons of forage grass can be produced, which can support 5000 cows and make a profit of 90 million Yuan. It can provide 5000 employment opportunities.
