为了促进京津冀协同发展，创建双一流大学，由北美华人生命科学协会与河北大学共同主办、河北大学医学院/附属医院承办的中美肿瘤及免疫学高峰论坛暨第四届北美华人生命科学协会德州分会国际会议，定于2016年10月15-16日在河北大学主楼304举行。届时将邀请北美华人生命科学协会德州分会专家和国内知名专家30余人领衔演讲。
